We have strict quality control system for each production process from white body, deburring, painting to packing during the production. Also, Customer’s inspection before shipment is welcomed. We can co-operate with customers’ QC staffs well.

FORMING

1. To check if the master model is qualified before opening the mould.
2. After opening the mould, to check if the mould is Ok for forming. For example, if there is any visible & invisible bubble inside the mould, the mould line is matching and so on.
3. Explaining the quality requirement to the workers before forming.

(1) Weight request

(2) The wall of white body should be uniform, the hole and bubble are not acceptable.

(3) Mismatching mould line is not acceptable and the mould line should be thin.

4. 100% QC for the white body before it is sent to next production process.

5. Registering the qualified one and unqualified one and communicate with production office about the problem immediately so that we can adjust and improve the production time.

DEBURRING & POLISHING

1. To explain the quality requirement before polishing & deburring.

(1) Trimming gun can not be put too strong on the mould line and the sand paper specification should be uniform. The visible sanding marks is not acceptable.

(2) Moulding lines should be deburred and polished smooth. Visible marks and bubbles are not acceptable.

2. Assorting the qualified products and unqualified products, the qualified one can be sent to the next process for painting. The unqualified one should be reworked till it is qualified.

3. Registering the qualified one and unqualified one and communicate with production office about the problem immediately so that we can adjust and improve the production time.

SPRAYING & PAINTING

1. To explain the painting request to the painting workers before painting. Color should be matched with the production sample exactly, no overflowing, running painting, White body revealed and so on.
2. QC in 100%。QC staff will mark the rejected on and returned them for rework. For the qualified one, they will make the record accordingly.
3. Registering the qualified one and unqualified one and communicate with production office about the problem immediately so that we can adjust and improve the production time.

FINAL QC BEFORE PACKING

To check if the products match with the production sample. The unqualified on will be returned to the relative process for rework.

PACKING

To check if all the requested label, color box, master carton and other accessories are correct. And then request the staffs to packing them carefully.
