Q: How long is your deliver time?

A: Normally one 40’HQ container order we need 60 days. if you order is urgent, you can check wth us in personally.

Q:Do you accept retail order? What is the MOQ require?

A: Yes, we accept retail order.Usually MOQ for indoor tabletop items is 100-200pcs per model.

For garden outdoor ,MOQ is 30 pcs per model.

Q: Do you provide samples? It is free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer samples,extra samples fees will be charge accordingly and the transpoer cost is also bear by the clients.

Q:What is you terms of payment?

A: If the order amount is small less than 5000 usd, then 100% in advance. If the order amount is more than and need 30 daysand more to produce, we request 30% deposit first, balance after copy of the all the shipping documents.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Distill water regularly to reduce the influence of outdoor water evaporation.

2. To reduce mineral deposits and bacteria build-up, the replacement of water every two weeks is recommended.

3. Inspect and clean the fountain and pump when be in use for a long time.

4. During long time of non-use, always unplug the power cord and clean the fountain and its accessories, remove water to keep the product         clean  and dry.

5. If the fountain does not work, please check plug at the socket. Make sure the plug is fully and properly inserted into the outlet. Next check to     make sure the outlet is powered.

WARNING:

1.  Recommended for outdoor use.

2.  Distill water properly to make sure that the pump must be submerged completely under water.

3.  Always unplug the fountain before cleaning the fountain and pump.

4. Only adaptors and pumps of same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.

5.  Do not run pump without water.

6.  Should the pump or electrical cord become damaged, stop using and request replacement pieces from vendor.

7.  Do not touch the water in fountain with bare hands when in work.

8.  Close supervision is necessary when the product is used by or near children, invalids or disabled persons.

9.  We advise that you always drain water features during the winter to prevent the water inside freezing and damaging the feature.

10. The best way to protect your fountain is to use a protection cover.
